The complete registration system for dance clubs –
from waiting list to payout.
Landos Booking is built specifically for dance clubs that organise courses, festivals and workshops. We know that you spend a lot of time managing registrations, keeping track of waiting lists, sending payment reminders and creating reports. We take care of that – so you can focus on what you do best: dancing.
Participants find the event, register, provide a partner if applicable and pay – all in a few minutes. Free account registration is required to book.

Passes, workshops and private lessons in one cart
Name, email and dance role – partner is notified automatically
Stripe payment with receipt and calendar invitation by email
Participants can order dance passes, single workshops and private lessons in one shopping cart – and pay together. You control what is offered, at what price and for whom.
Create passes with optional price, participant limit and opening/closing time. Supports both single and couple registration.
Add workshops with instructor, time, duration and capacity limit. Participants choose which ones they want to attend.
Instructors are automatically invited with a calendar invitation by email when the private lesson is paid.
Set a lower price with an automatic expiry date. The system switches to the regular price by itself.
The waiting list is handled automatically. You decide whether everyone should be on the waiting list, whether it only applies to individual registrations, or whether it is not used at all.
All payments go through Stripe – the market leader in online payments. Participants pay directly, the money is collected and paid out to the club via Cordelo once a month.
For events more than two months away, participants can choose to split the payment in two. The first half is paid at the time of booking, the second half two months (or one month) later. The system automatically sends reminders and handles follow-up – without extra work for you. As an organiser, you choose which passes are allowed to be paid in instalments.
Participant pays the full amount immediately via Stripe Checkout. Receipt is sent automatically.
Split the amount into two payments. The system notifies about the next due date and sends reminders as needed.
Add a percentage student discount per event. Participants choose themselves if they are students.
Offer a discount for participants who have already attended a previous event.
The system sends the right email to the right person at the right time – without you having to think about it.
The club panel gives you full overview and control over all events, orders, participants and finances – accessible from any device.
See paid amount, outstanding, refunds and expected payout per event and total for the club.
Download participant list as PDF with optional columns – name, email, phone, address, dance role and partner.
Export order report as PDF or Excel per event and period. Instalment payments are shown correctly per month.
Register attendance directly in the system on the event day. Perfect for reception and check-in of participants.
Add budget line items and compare budget against actual income directly in the event overview.
As a registered organiser, you can request features and reports from the development department. We try to tailor the system to your needs.
Participants have their own page where they can see all orders, pay outstanding instalments, download receipts and see status on waiting list and approval.
No card data is stored with us. Everything is handled by Stripe, which is PCI DSS certified and used by millions of businesses globally.
The system works just as well on mobile as on desktop. Participants register and pay from their phone without problems.
Supports Norwegian and English. Participants choose their own language. The system is ready for additional languages if needed.
Seat count, waiting list and availability are updated in real time. No risk of overbooking.
No monthly fee. No startup cost. You only pay a small percentage of each sale – so the system always pays for itself.
"We want dance clubs to have access to the same professional tools as large event organisations – without requiring an IT department or a large budget."
